Refunds and Credits:
If an error in color or design is made on an order TeamWork Media (TWM) will remake the items at no additional charge. TWM will provide an order credit that can be used at a later date for the refund. If the customer makes a mistake in their order request TWM may correct the items at a discounted rate which will be determined at the time of reorder.
Customer agrees to cover all shipping charges of products to their delivery address unless stated otherwise by TWM. No products will be delivered until the full order balance has been fulfilled.
Orders will be shipped via FedEx or USPS, TWM is not responsible for delays in shipping or issues that may arise which may cause a shipment to arrive later than expected. TWM is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products during the shipping process. All shipments will come with a tracking number so you can track your packages progress and contact the shipping company with any questions regarding the delivery of your package.
